Orchid is a conceptual design for a heritage building’s ground floor in Vancouver’s Gastown. 188 guests would experience a variety of seating options, elegant nods to Japanese culture and custom sculptural pieces throughout the restaurant. The space features a bar area, two flexible dining room spaces, two semi-private rooms and a private room with its own bar. Providing clients with a design that reflects their menu and brand while achieving the highly logical layouts to improve their business is a passion and skill Neelia brings to hospitality projects.
