An apartment located between Central Park and Lincoln Center. The dated space received a full make over and reorganization of space; from carpet, linoleum, dim light, mirrored walls, a cramped bathroom and wasted space to uncovered and refinished parquet, creative lighting solutions, thoughtful custom millwork and storage, functional open spaces and repurposing wasted space. This project includes special custom features like the secret bookshelf door, built in bar space, reconfigurable dining area, custom hinge shower glass and his and hers vanities. The Beck Residence truly embodies Neelia’s passion for designing space to be highly functional, luxurious, innovative and personalized.
